Tandoori Vegetable Skewers

Paneer and vegetables marinated in yoghurt and Rafi's Hand-blended Tandoori Marinade. A wonderful vegetarian alternative to Tandoori chicken.

Serves: 4 | Suitable for vegetarians

Tandoori Vegetable Skewers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together the yoghurt, Rafi's Tandoori Marinade and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add in the paneer and vegetables, mix well and leave to marinate for at least half an hour.
  3. Thread the ingredients on to skewers (if using wooden skewers it is best to soak them in water before using them, to help stop them burning during cooking).
  4. Cook the skewers either under a hot grill or on a BBQ for 15 -20 minutes, turning once each side is charred.
