From time to time we offer discount codes for use on our website. Many of these codes are only
available for registered customers (you can register here), and are often sent
out via our mailing list. You can sign up on here.
Discount codes are redeemable when you have added a product to your basket. Just enter your code
at the checkout and, if valid, the discount will be applied to your order there and then.
How to add your discount code
Using a desktop device:
Once you have finished your order click on checkout. Double-check that the items in your basket are
correct before scrolling down and clicking checkout again. You will be then shown the order summary
and the box for the discount code will be on the right-hand side.
Using a mobile device:
Click on your basket to checkout (the green basket icon in the top right), you will be then shown
your basket to double-check everything is correct. Scroll down and click checkout again. You will
be taken to a page to enter your contact information. Find the box at the top of the page which
reads "View Order Summary", click on this and enter your code into the box, finally, click "Apply".
Discount Code Validity
We regret to inform you that discount codes are not valid on click and collect orders for the following sites:
Newcastle (Fenwick Food Hall), Burscough (Booths), Knutsford (Booths), Ilkley (Booths), Clitheroe (Booths)
& Windermere (Booths).
Please be aware that all discount codes may have:
An expiry date
A minimum spend amount (calculated before P&P)
A maximum number of uses (per customer, or in total)
A requirement that you be registered and logged in to redeem the code.
