Spiced Mashed Potatoes

This mash is great to serve alongside anything, especially sausages!

Serves: 4 | Ready in: 30 | Suitable for vegetarians

Spiced Mashed Potatoes


  1. Heat the oil over medium heat, add mustard seeds and fry until they crackle.
  2. Add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and chillies, frying for 10-20 seconds.
  3. Take off the heat, add powdered spices and then tip spices and oil on top of the mashed potato.
  4. Stir through with the fresh coriander and salt to taste.
