Perfect for mixing into a whole plate of food, popping onto the side of a curry or putting in a simple sandwich!

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Chill for at least an hour (preferably overnight).
  3. Serve alongside anything!

We love to mix these pickled onions into a whole plate of Indian Food to provide little pops of sharpness and crunch. They also add vibrancy and texture to salads, or to barbecued meat in a wrap.

It's super easy and quick, but for the best results we recommend leaving it overnight for the flavours to develop.
