Mango Sorbet

This is very refreshing and perfect for a hot day!

Serves: 6-8 | Ready in: 50

Mango Sorbet


  1. Tip the mango purée into a wide bowl and place in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the sugar and the water in a saucepan, mixing until all of the sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  3. Once the sugar syrup is completely cooled, add the lime juice and zest and whisk into the very cold mango purée until combined.
  4. Put this back in the freezer. After one hour, remove from the freezer and whisk for 3-4 minutes. Repeat this twice more.
  5. Serve plain, or sprinkled with chilli flakes and fresh mint.
