Coriander chutney

This fresh herb condiment is a traditional accompaniment to a lot of snack foods and is delicious with all Indian dishes. It can also be stirred through yoghurt to make a raita, or used as a marinade for prawns.

Serves: Makes 1 jar | Ready in: 5

Coriander chutney


1. Put all the ingredients in a blender (or use a stick blender) and blitz together with a splash of water until smooth.

2. Adjust salt, sugar and lemon juice to taste.
