Chutney Chicken

This recipe is so wonderfully simple and the results are fantastic.

Chutney Chicken


  1. Mix the yoghurt and chutneys together, chopping up any larger pieces in the chutneys if you want a smoother marinade.
  2. Score the chicken legs two or three times.
  3. Cover the chicken legs in the marinade and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
  4. For best results, barbecue, or cook in the oven at 190C/gas 5 for 45-50 minutes.
