Buttery onions and slightly spiced spinach.

Serves: 4 | Ready in: 10 | Suitable for vegetarians

Buttered Spinach and Onion

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and then fry the onions and ginger in the butter until soft.
  2. Sprinkle over the chilli powder and stir well.
  3. Add the spinach to the pan and stir gently until completely wilted.
  4. Season to taste and serve.
