Brussel Sprouts and Ajwain

This is another incredibly simple side dish which is brilliant for leftover veggies.

Serves: 4 | Ready in: 5 | Suitable for vegetarians

Brussel Sprouts and Ajwain


  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the ajwain and garlic and fry over a medium heat for 30-40 seconds.
  2. Add the sprouts and turmeric then fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 2-3 tsp of water and cook until it evaporates. 4 Season to taste, and garnish with lemon juice.
