Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks
Simple tandoori chicken.
Mix together the yoghurt, ginger & garlic paste, and tandoori masala. Spread this mixture evenly over your chicken and marinade for at least 4-6 hours (overnight is better).
Transfer the chicken and some of the marinade to a roasting tray. Roast in medium hot oven for 20 - 30 minutes or till cooked, basting with the remaining marinade as you go.
Garnish with the lime juice.
