Lamb Pasanda (Small)
An indulgent lamb pasanda. Perfect for a special occasion!
- Soak the lamb in the white wine for 2 - 3 hours.
- Simmer the Pasanda Curry Pack in 100ml of water for 5 minutes.
- Add the lamb and the wine then cook till the lamb is tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
- Add 4 fresh tomatoes and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Garnish with toasted almond flakes and a drizzle of double cream.
