This is simple and refreshing drink to keep you cool this summer.

Rose Lemonade

Instructions

This is a Lebanese Limonada recipe that has been given a Rafi's twist. It is the perfect beverage for a family barbeque , and a great accompaniment for our Moghlai Curry Pack.

  1. Dissolve the jaggery in hot water and leave to cool.
  2. Toast the cardamon and add to the sugared water.
  3. Zest the lemon and juice the fruit.
  4. Once the water is cool add the lemon zest, lemon juice, rose water and mint leaves.
  5. Leave in the fridge for two hours.
  6. Serve over ice.

If you want to turn this into a cocktail, add gin!
