Rose Lemonade
This is simple and refreshing drink to keep you cool this summer.

Instructions
This is a Lebanese Limonada recipe that has been given a Rafi's twist. It is the perfect beverage for a family barbeque , and a great accompaniment for our Moghlai Curry Pack.
- Dissolve the jaggery in hot water and leave to cool.
- Toast the cardamon and add to the sugared water.
- Zest the lemon and juice the fruit.
- Once the water is cool add the lemon zest, lemon juice, rose water and mint leaves.
- Leave in the fridge for two hours.
- Serve over ice.
If you want to turn this into a cocktail, add gin!
