Pea and Prawn Balti (small)

This recipe creates a tasty, tangy dish with savoury spices and sweet juicy prawns.

Pea and Prawn Balti (small)


  1. Empty your Balti Curry Pack into a pan with the water and tomato puree.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook gently on a low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add the prawns and red pepper, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the peas and cider vinegar, continuing to cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and the chopped mint just before serving.

Serving suggestion: Serve with a soft naan bread and a light crunchy dish like the Gujarati Green Beans or Carrot Salad.
