Mussels in a Green Thai Broth

Juicy and aromatic, this version of our stunning Thai Green curry is a real winner. The leftover broth also makes a wonderfully warming soup.

Serves: 4-6

Mussels in a Green Thai Broth


  1. Make up our Thai Green mix in a large pan using 500ml of water and the coconut milk.
  2. Wash and prepare your mussels then simply steam them in the sauce till they open.
  3. Garnish with plenty of fresh coriander and lemon juice.
Try serving with some fluffy rice and our Thai Cucumber Salad for a refreshing side dish!
