Sticky coconut rice, perfect for Thai curries.
- Add the rice, water, coconut milk, and a good pinch of salt to a pan and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook gently for 10 - 12 minutes.
- Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, the sticky rice can be moulded into bowls and turned out onto plates.
