Coconut Rice

Sticky coconut rice, perfect for Thai curries.

Serves: 4 - 6


  1. Add the rice, water, coconut milk, and a good pinch of salt to a pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook gently for 10 - 12 minutes.
  3. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, the sticky rice can be moulded into bowls and turned out onto plates.
