Cauliflower, Courgette, and Kidney Bean Korma

Instructions

  1. Make up the Korma Curry Pack sauce as normal.
  2. Whilst this is simmering away, we recommend roasting your cauliflower and courgettes, drizzled with olive oil, on a high heat in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Add your roasted cauliflower and courgettes to the sauce along with the kidney beans.
  4. Adjust salt and garnish with a handful of fresh coriander leaves.
