Based on Rafi's many Garam Masala recipes, we have developed this warming spice blend with versatility in mind.

Garam Masala means “hot” or “warm” masala, however, this is does not typically mean 'chilli heat', rather the ayurvedic warming properties of spices like clove, cinnamon and pepper.
Amongst these warming spices, you'll also find savoury notes from cumin and an aromatics from green cardamon.
We toast & roast our spices in house meaning they don't need extended cooking. We then hand-blend in small batches to preserve their flavour and freshness.
How to use this versatile blend:
2 tsp per 300g ingredients
Ingredients: Cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, coriander, ginger, paprika, bay leaves, green cardamom
May contain traces of SULPHITES, NUTS, PEANUTS, WHEAT, SOYA or MUSTARD.
