Xacutti Curry Pack (Serves 2 - 3)

A firm staff favourite, straight from the sunny shores of Goa!

In this pack we've combined the best Goan ingredients such as creamed coconut, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar (we suggest cider), to give your curry a real authenticity.

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. All Curry Packs have a minimum 4 months shelf life or can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Try it with: Pork or firm white fish pair well alongside the warmth of garam masala and ginger in this dish.

  1. Empty the contents of the pack into a pan with 175ml water and add 30g coconut cream.
  2. Simmer until coconut dissolves.
  3. Add 500g of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover, and gently cook.
  4. Add 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp cider vinegar and 1 tsp sugar.
  5. Gently open simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Adjust salt, garnish with toasted coconut and serve.
