Madras Curry Pack (Serves 2 - 3)

Serves: 2 – 3 Vegetarian Vegetarian Vegan Vegan

A South Indian classic that's packed with warming spices, such as mustard and peppercorns, and finished with tomatoes. The perfect comfort food.

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. All Curry Packs have a minimum 4 months shelf life or can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Try it with: Minced beef for a traditional Keema Madras, or make a filling vegetarian stew by adding peas and sweet potatoes.

  1. Empty the pack into a pan with 175ml water, 200g (1/2 tin) chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add 500g ingredients of your choice, mix well, cover, and gently cook.
  3. Season and garnish with coriander leaves.
