  • 600g Sweet Potato, peeled and diced

  • 400g Boiled Chick Peas, drained *

  • 300g Spinach Leaves

Description:

Hearty vegetable combination for the saag gosht.

Instructions:

Make up the saag gosht sauce as normal, then add the sweet potato and simmer for 5 minutes or till partly cooked. Finally, add the chick peas and spinach and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Serve with rice or naan.
