Saag Gosht Masala
Ingredients:

400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes

600g Sweet Potato, peeled and diced

400g Boiled Chick Peas, drained *

300g Spinach Leaves

Description:
Hearty vegetable combination for the saag gosht.
Instructions:
Make up the saag gosht sauce as normal, then add the sweet potato and simmer for 5 minutes or till partly cooked. Finally, add the chick peas and spinach and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Serve with rice or naan.
