Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi
  • 500ml Natural Set Yoghurt

  • 800ml Mango Pulp (Alphonso)

  • 700ml Water

Description:

The most refreshing drink to accompany any Indian meal and extremely easy to make.

Instructions:

Empty the mango and the yoghurt into a 2L jug. Top-up with water and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled. Other fruit purées may be used.
