Mackerel with Kashmiri masala marinade
Ingredients:

2 Medium mackerel cleaned gutted (heads on) optional

2tbsp Kashmiri masala

1tbsp olive oil

Sea salt
Description:
Mackerel with a spicy chilli and garlic marinade
Instructions:
Make 4 or 5 diagonal slits in to the mackerel to help the mariande penetrate. Mix the other ingredients together and rub all over the fish, in to the cuts and in the cavity. Leave to marinade for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and place on a pre heated BBQ, cook each side for 3 to 5 minutes or till the fish is done. Be careful not to overcook it as it will go dry. Serve with a simple green herb salad.
