Fern's Brinjal Pickle

Fern's Aubergine Pickle is a spicy pickle that's packed with tangy flavours and thick chunks of aubergine. It will complement any curry, but it makes an especially lovely accompaniment to our Bhuna Curry Pack.

Made by the Fernandes family (not to be confused with Rafi's family, the Fernandezes!) since 1937, Fern's is a top quality brand that's very famous in India.

Ingredients: Brinjal Pieces (65%), Water, Sugar, Refined Sunflower Oil, Salt, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Split MUSTARD, Acetic Acid (E260).
