Tikka Masala

Tikka Masala

£3.95

Great with: Chicken — Serves: 4 – 6

This dish is an Indian restaurant classic famed for being invented in Glasgow back in the eighties and now reported to be more popular in the UK than Fish and Chips.

Tikka means small pieces and Masala means blend of spices. Generally cubed pieces of chicken or lamb are first cooked in a 'tandoor' - clay oven and then served with a rich creamy, aromatic sauce.

Using our pack a similar result can be achieved without a 'tandoor'. We also add plenty of delicate aromatic spices to ensure there is lots of flavour and no need to pre-cook the meat.

Ingredients: * Onions, Water, tomato puree, salt, sugar, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, desiccated coconut, maize starch, spices (contains mustard) acetic acid, dried coriander leaf, lactic acid, colour: paprika extract.

* May contain traces of nuts
