Light coconut based curry with fresh flavours from coriander, lime leaves, lemon grass and fresh green chillies.
Excellent with chicken, the Thais would also add small aubergines and other vegetables to improve the variety and texture of the dish.
Ingredients: Onions, Green Chillies, Kaffir Lime Peel, Lime Leaves, Lemon Grass, Garlic, Salt, Spices, Shrimp Paste, Galangal, Coconut Flour, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil.
