Saag Gosht Masala
Great with: Lamb — Serves: 4 – 6
This recipe originates from Punjab where the men are mainly farmers and obtain their ingredients fresh from the fields.
This is best with lamb but you can also try it with baby new potatoes or king prawns. Ideally this dish is eaten with naan or roti with a raitha as accompaniment.
Ingredients: * Onions, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Water, Ginger, Wheat flour, Spices, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate, Acidity Regulator Sodium Diacetate, Fresh Chilli, Tamarind, Citric and Acetic Acids. Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphate.
