Pasanda Masala
£4.25
Great with: Chicken (pictured) or lamb — Serves: 4 – 6
This originated in the Moghul courts as a kebab but today it is more popular as a curry. If using meat it should be cut into bite size slices cut against the grain.
If you wish, marinade the meat for 1 or 2 hours in a little wine of your choice before proceeding with our method. This will help make the meat more succulent.
This pack contains almonds - please state if you want them omitted.
Ingredients: Onions, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Water, Ginger, Wheat flour, Curry leaves, Spices, Ground almonds, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate, Acidity Regulator Sodium Diacetate, Fresh Chilli, Tamarind, Citric and Acetic Acids.
