How to prepare an authentic curry

  1. Simply add 300ml of cold water to your Rafi's curry pack and simmer gently in a saucepan or wok for 5-8 minutes
  2. Add 1kg of freshly prepared ingredients i.e. meat, seafood or vegetables. Stir well, cover and simmer gently for around 25 minutes. For best results, keep for the following day
  3. Garnish & server - then enjoy your delicious curry with family & friends!
