Bhuna is actually a process where the meat cooks initially in its own juices with the spices without any added water. We recommend that you cook the bhuna uncovered and on a very low heat. This will obtain the same result but save you using a lot of oil, which is required when you follow the traditional method.
Excellent with chapattis, traditionally this intense, dry bhuna would be served with dhal to add some moisture to your meal.
