Mussels in a Green Thai Broth

1kg Mussels washed and prepared

Instructions:
Make up our Green Thai mix in a large pan using 500ml of water and the coconut milk. Wash and prepare your mussels and simply steam them in the sauce till they open. Garnish with plenty of fresh coriander and lemon juice. The leftover broth will make a warming soup.
