Kashmiri Roast Potatoes
Ingredients:

1 kg Potatoes, peeled, boiled, and drained (prepared to roast)

100ml Oil

2 tsp Kashmiri Masala Paste

Salt, to taste

1 tsp Cumin Seed, lightly crushed *

Description:
You will have people fighting over these. On there own or as a side dish they are moorish.
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a roasting tray and blend in the masala paste and cumin seed. Add the poatoes, season well, and roast as normal.

Wow, returned to Rafis after an absence and ordered some goodies. I made the curries toe the directions at first thought oh no I've put too much chicken in, but I had faith and that faith was rewarded - the compliments were in abundance and now I am planning to cook for 16 of my family members and there will be a real feast on the table with a little help from Rafis (shhh dont tell my family though !)
