Yellow Thai


Serves 4-6.


Empty the contents in to a pan with 400ml (tin) of Coconut milk and 300ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1Kg of ingredients of your choice. Mix well and gently cook. Add lemon juice (fairly tangy) and 1 tsp sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.


Ingredients: Onions Dried red Chillies, Garlic, Spices, Salt, Lemon Grass, Turmeric, Galangal, Fresh Chilli, Coconut Flour, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil.
