Xacutti instructions

Xacutti

Serves 4-6.

Empty the contents in to a pan with 300ml water and 60g coconut cream. Simmer until coconut dissolves. Add 1Kg of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover, and gently cook. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree, 2 tsp vinegar (any) and 2 tsp sugar. Open simmer for a further 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Onions, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Water, Ginger, Wheat flour, Spices (contains mustard), coconut, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate, Acidity Regulator Sodium Diacetate, Fresh Chilli, Tamarind, Citric and Acetic Acids, wheat flour.
