Vindaloo instructions
Vindaloo
Serves 4-6.
Empty the contents in to a pan with 300ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1Kg of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover, and gently cook. Add 400g (tin) chopped tomatoes, 2tbsp tomato puree, 2 tsp vinegar (any) and 2 tsp sugar. Gently open simmer for 10 minutes. Adjust salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ingredients: Onions, Spices (contains mustard), Salt, Tamarind, Water, Ginger, Garlic, Maize Flour, Vegetable Oil, Acetic, Citric and Lactic Acids, Fresh Chilli, Curry Leaves, Wheat Flour.
