Serves 4-6.
Empty the contents in to a pan with 300ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1Kg of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover, and gently cook. Add 4 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp sugar, and ˝tsp mint sauce. Open cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon juice.
Ingredients: Onions, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Water, Ginger, Wheat flour, Spices, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate, Acidity Regulator Sodium Diacetate, Fresh Chilli, Tamarind, Citric and Acetic Acids.
