Another Moghul dish showing how lavishly the emperors dined. This is laced with ground almonds and aromatic spices and finished with double cream and more flaked nuts and sultanas.

This dish is usually cooked with chicken and it is our only pack where we ask you to seal the chicken first before adding it to the cooked sauce, this will add an extra richness to the dish.
