Tindla (Gentlemen's toes)

Tindla (Gentlemen’s toes/Tindori) are tender fruit that look like mini cucumbers when cut. If over ripe they will be red inside. They can be used raw in salads and are very refreshing and nutritious.

bought some of these unusual vegetables TINDORI from a local sainsbury store. Very interesting. I added them to a vegetable curry but would welcome other ideas
