Ginger (Adrak)
By lfernandez @ 23:15 :: 163 Views :: 0 Comments ::

Ginger is a perennial, horizontal and knotty root. It is fibrous and has a pungent aromatic taste. Ginger is cultivated all over India but ginger grown in the state of Kerala is superior in taste. Chewing a piece of ginger after meals is an insurance against indigestion.
