Chewing one or two fresh cluster beans early in the morning prevents bad breath and cleans the tongue. The Thickening agent Guar gum is produced from these beans and is 4 or 5 times stronger than using cornflour. They Feature heavily in the cooking of the Maharashtrian region See our recipe section.
